For the Java back end generally includes a Web server that hosts an application (built with code like PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, C/C#/C++, .NET, or Java), which communicates with a database using something like MySQL or Microsoft Access to serve up the information that the front-end presents.
Following are the steps for creating an ODBC connection to a Microsoft Access database:-
Click on start menu -> Select Control panel -> Select Administrative Tools
Type in the search bar Administrative Tools
Double click the Data Sources (ODBC) icon -> Select System DNS -> Select ADD
Select Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb) from the driver’s list and click on the Finish button.
Give Data Source Name -> Click on Select button
Now select the database file and click on OK.
Click on OK to exit the ODBC Data Source Administrator window.
